The company https://nl-univers.com/ is owned by Lataphone Geraldes Fernandes.

Any reproduction of the site, copies of partial or complete elements must be submitted for approval to the owner company, under penalty of legal action.

Orders

The products offered are generally available on our website until out of stock. You can place your order on our site online, in writing or by telephone. All our items are checked and packaged manually.

Some stones or pieces for sale on our website are unique.

If 2 orders arrive simultaneously for the same item, the first order to arrive with us is the one that wins the purchase. The other buyer will be notified at that time and an arrangement will be made. (Purchase other items for the same amount, credit note or your money back).

If it is impossible to fully follow up on an order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. In this case it will be decided whether to send two partial deliveries (twice the delivery costs) or a delayed full delivery.

Once your order is placed, the merchandise is reserved for you for 7 days . You have this time to make your payment.

Otherwise, the goods are free to reserve again.

The item shown in the photo is a preview of what you are taking, it is possible that the item is different because the product does not have the same shape or appearance.

Promotional codes can be used on our site. You can also buy gift vouchers on our online store.

Ownership and warranty for all products

Until full payment for the goods, they remain the property of NL Univers . No warranty is applicable to our products.

Delivery times and sending orders

Delivery for Switzerland and France. For all other countries, please contact us.

For Switzerland:

Your order is normally sent within 1 to 2 working days following notification of receipt of your payment on our account. Shipments are made without signature, if you wish to reorder, please inform us.

For France :

Your order is normally sent within 4 to 10 working days following notification of receipt of your payment on our account. Shipments are made by registered mail, with signature.

If you wish without signature, please inform us, but NL Univers is not responsible if the goods do not arrive at their destination.

Customs

Customs fees and taxes (VAT) are not included in our invoices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Miscellaneous prices and taxes

The prices of our products are displayed in Swiss francs including VAT.

Postage and packaging costs are not included in the item prices.

They are added at the end of your order.

For Switzerland:

We have set a fixed price of 9 CHF regardless of the volume of the order.

Delivery costs offered only for Switzerland from 50 CHF of purchase

For France :

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order.

In the event of incomplete payment, the goods will be held by us until these costs have been paid in full.

Payment

You can pay for your purchase by bank transfer, Twint, PayPal, or by credit card.

For payment by bank transfer and by Twint, the banking instructions relating to payment will be communicated to you by e-mail, as soon as your order is validated.

Back

No refunds, exchanges or returns possible.

(Crystals very often have cracks or small cavities which are natural: no exchange will be accepted for these reasons.)

Routing of shipments

Packages are sent to the exact address that you mention and validate at the end of your order. (Shipments to Postal Boxes are not possible). We are not responsible for errors in addressing information.

If your package is returned due to an error, incomplete address or non-receipt of the package from the customer, the costs of returning the package as well as all inherent costs will be re-invoiced.

Merchandise damaged, lost or stolen during transport

For Switzerland:

Without signature, shipments are not insured.

Theft or damage to packages and letters left in customers' mailboxes are not covered by NL Univers , nor by the Post Office.

In the event of damage to the goods, you have 1 to 7 days depending on the country to notify your post office and request a report to be drawn up. We will not be able to send your refund request to the Swiss Post without valid proof from your Post Office.

Before leaving our house, the goods are always checked and packaged manually, controlled by us. If you notice any damage due to transport, please inform your Post Office immediately and request a report to be drawn up.

If you would like your package to be expressly sent with signature, please let us know when ordering.

Order canceled or refused by the recipient, or returned to the sender

In the event that the package has not been claimed by the end buyer and is returned to NL Univers , the return and 2nd return costs are the responsibility of the end customer. (The Swiss Post charges additional costs for the return, i.e.: Parcel B signature Fr 9. - up to 2 kilos + 0.60 ct additional costs.)

NL Univers then announces to the buyer, either by telephone or by email. As soon as the return costs are paid, the package is sent a second time to the customer, by post.

If the customer does not come forward, does not pay the postal costs for the return or does not come to collect his package from our depot, the goods are kept for one month in our premises (the date of the order being taken as proof) .

If the customer has not responded during this period of time, the order and its payment are considered abandoned by the buyer who therefore waives his claims to the goods or their monetary value.

If the order is canceled by the buyer, cancellations, deductions or possible returns are refunded.

Terms and conditions

All photos marked "unique piece" in the text represent a single item available. So you always buy the one you see in the photo.

They are confirmed by email.

The prices are set on the website and are binding.

Price changes for certain items may however be updated, depending on restocks on global markets.

Any request for compensation due to incorrect information in the sales documentation or due to delay in delivery will not be taken into consideration.

Customer personal data is treated confidentially and is not transmitted to third parties.

Final considerations and address

Only the general conditions of sale in French are authentic.
